Working principle

Magnetic levitation high-speed centrifugal air compressor adopts the direct drive structure of a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and integrates the centrifugal impeller and motor drive. It detects the vibration and space gap of the rotor shaft in real time through the built-in displacement sensor, sends the obtained signal to the magnetic bearing controller for conditioning, analysis and calculation, generates the control current, and then inputs the current into the magnetic bearing rotating coil to generate the electromagnetic force, so as to realise the suspension of the rotor shaft. The main function of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is to drive the rotation of the rotor shaft. It generates a frequency-controlled current through the frequency converter and inputs the current into the rotating magnetic field generated by the motor stator to drive the rotor shaft to rotate at high speed. The high-efficiency centrifugal impeller adopts an aero-pneumatic design and is directly driven by the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Under high-speed rotation, the impeller generates kinetic energy and pressure potential energy, so that the gas enters the -stage compression and enters the secondary compression after cooling by the intercooler, thus improving the unit efficiency to meet the needs of various working conditions.
